Tyga's financial problems continue. After spending the past few months making headlines for having a number of his cars repossessed and getting sued over various things, he is now facing another lawsuit from a man named Alex Benedict who claims that the rapper failed to make payments on a Ferrari.

According to the documents he recently filed in Orange County Superior Court and E! News has obtained, Benedict and Tyga made an agreement in May that the latter would take over the payments on the red 2016 Ferrari 488.

Tyga, however, failed to pay Benedict and the fancy car was later repossessed in August. The two men then stuck another deal, which allowed T-Raww to use the car until October 9, 2016. Benedict said the 27-year-old spitter didn't return the vehicle as agreed, so it was repossessed again in early November.

Through his lawyer Ron Chini, Benedict said that he'd tried to reach out to Tyga and his team to settle the issue before filing the lawsuit. "Unfortunately, they all but ignored our requests to return the vehicle forcing us to take action and file suit," the lawyer told NY Daily News.

Benedict is now seeking $150,000 in damages from the rapper as well as attorney fees and punitive damages.
