Perrie Edwards was caught on camera slapping a male radio DJ during an event in France. The Little Mix star was stunned when the radio host said he broke up with his ex via text message. Her jaw dropped before she turned around and hit him in the face.
It was a touchy subject for Edwards because her ex Zayn Malik supposedly did the same thing to her in 2015. While the former One Direction member vehemently denied it, Edwards revealed in her group's tell-all book, "It was horrible, the worst time in my life. A four-year relationship, two year engagement ended by a simple text message. Just like that."
Although the radio host's statement might have brought back the bitter memory, she didn't really take it to heart. After slapping the DJ, the singer giggled and quickly went on to hug him while the crowd cheered and chanted her name.
