Contrary to recent report saying that he and Jolie will temporarily put their differences aside during Thanksgiving, the 'Allied' actor won't be spending the festivity with his children.

Brad Pitt isn't going to reunite with the kids for Thanksgiving. Responding to recent rumor claiming that Angelina Jolie is letting her estranged husband be part of the festivity, a source told Us Weekly that he wasn't even invited.

"Angelina did not invite Brad to spend Thanksgiving with their kids," said the source of the former lovers, who are currently in a war over custody of their six kids, including their biological children Shiloh, 10, and the 8-year-old twins Vivienne and Knox.

The kids have been staying with Jolie and Pitt has only met them three times since his ex filed for divorce last September. "He's crushed," another source told the publication. "Brad has been deferential on what's best for them and limits their stress."

Pitt is currently busy promoting his new movie "Allied". Earlier this week, he was in London for the film's premiere when FBI announced that they'd closed the investigation over child abuse claims that emerged after his fight with his oldest son Maddox on a private plane.

"The FBI has conducted a review of the circumstances and will not pursue further investigation," said an FBI spokeswoman in a statement issued on Tuesday. "No charges have been filed in this matter."
