Madonna's troubled son Rocco has been arrested in a drugs bust. The 16-year-old son of the "Rebel Heart" hitmaker and Guy Ritchie was recently caught in possession of cannabis in his backpack after neighbors reported him to police.

In a photo obtained by The Sun, two police officers could be seen searching Rocco's bag. Cops alerted after neighbors saw Rocco was "smoking or doing drugs" near his Primrose Hill home in North London. When police approached them, Rocco, who was sitting on a wall with a male pal, was seen tossing something away.

According to sources, officers noticed traces of cannabis on Rocco's clothes and found a small amount of the Class B drug on his backpack.

A source says, "Rocco has become a well-known figure in the neighborhood and not for the right reasons. He's been repeatedly seen acting suspiciously. This incident was the final straw. Local residents are fed up with him acting in this manner and called the police."

The arrest occurred on September 28. Rocco was taken to a north London police station and later bailed. He was dealt with by Camden Borough's Youth Offending Team under the "Triage" youth justice scheme, where youngsters who committed a minor first offence are usually asked to attend a series of workshops. He will not get a criminal record for his offence but a record will be kept.
