Blac Chyna breaks down in tears when she's about to give birth to her and Rob Kardashian's daughter in the first promo for the upcoming special episode of the E! reality show.

Blac Chyna gets emotional in the first promo of "Rob & Chyna Baby Special". E! has released the first teaser of the upcoming special for viewing pleasure.
The 28-year-old model looks terrified on her way to the hospital with her fiance, Rob Kardashian. "Are you scared?" Rob asks his fiancee. "Yeah," she admits. Another clip shows Blac crying in the delivery room right before she's giving birth to her daughter with Rob, Dream Kardashian.
In addition to Dream's birth, the promo shows the couple celebrating the impending birth of their baby at a baby shower. Scott Disick makes appearance in the sneak peek as he talks with Rob about the party and how the baby delivery would be.
The promo video also shows a tension between Blac's mother, Tokyo Toni, and Rob's mother, Kris Jenner. "Sometimes you intimidate people," Blac says to her mom during a heated discussion. "I go off when it's deserved. If you not acting accordingly, I'mma handle you!" Tokyo responds, supporting Rob's statement to Scott, "Her [Blac] mom is like a loose canon."
