Halloween comes early on "Scream Queens". In a preview for next week's outing, Hester warns everyone about impending massacres that will happen at the CURE institute on Halloween night. "This year is gonna be a doozy," she creepily says behind bars.
Everyone dresses up for the festivity, with Dr. Cassidy Cascade channeling Ryan Lochte with his infamous bleached hair, Zayday wearing a goddess-like costume and Officer Denise Hemphill donning what looks like a wedding dress.
Meanwhile, Chanel's skin turns blue for an unknown reason. She's seen running away before being cornered by someone unseen, perhaps the killer, in other scenes. Denise and Chanel #5 apparently will also come face-to-face with the killer.
There's a glimpse of Cathy Munsch getting cozy with Dr. Brock Holt, who sports bandage on his head in another scene. The video additionally teases the presence of a threatening figure wearing what looks like a devil mask.
"Halloween Blues" airs Tuesday, October 18 at 9/8c on FOX. After the latest attack by The Green Meanie leaves everyone shocked and saddened, Dean Munsch and Denise, along with Hester, devise a plan to catch the killer by throwing a Halloween party in the hospital.
Meanwhile, Chanel celebrates a different kind of Chanel-O-Ween and attempts to make contact with the killer's latest victim from beyond the grave. Once the party begins, an outbreak surprises the hospital, leading Brock and Cassidy to jump into action, and another victim falls.
