Liam Payne is gearing up for his solo debut. The One Direction member, who signed a solo record deal with Capitol back in July, is teaming up with Pharrell Williams for his forthcoming solo album.
On Thursday, October 6, Liam shared on Instagram a photo of him and Pharrell in the recording studio. The 23-year-old singer wore an all-black outfit consisting of a hat, an Adidas hoodie, sweatpants and sneakers. The "Happy" hitmaker, meanwhile, sported a grey hat and sweatshirt paired with ripped denim shorts and pink boots.
"Great few days with @pharrell pleasure working with you as always," Liam wrote along with loads of exclamation mark and fire emojis.
Back in September, Liam shared on Twitter a photo of him in a recording studio. He simply captioned it, "Hard at work."

Liam first worked with Pharrell back in 2014. "Liam stopped by my studio," Pharrell admitted at the time, "I think he's just genuinely curious about music. We have that in common, he's always wanting to see what's new and what's next."
