Brooklyn Beckham reportedly tried and failed to buy alcohol at Apple Music Festival. The 17-year-old son of David Beckham and Victoria Adams allegedly approached the up-stair bar of Camden's Roundhouse in London for a drink while watching Chance The Rapper with his pals on Friday, September 30.
However, the bar staff at the famous venue recognized him straightaway and knew he was underage, according to The Sun. "I know you, you're Brooklyn Beckham," the server told Brooklyn before he left red-faced.
A source told the publication that the aspiring photographer was forced to stick to soft drinks for the rest of the night. "He looked pretty sheepish," said the insider. When the family's reps were asked by Daily Mail regarding the incident, they simply responded, "No comment."
The eldest son of the former soccer player and the fashion designer was said to have promised to keep away from alcohol during his recent trip to Coachella festival. A source told Now! magazine that he "had a minder" who made sure he didn't drink alcohol.
"Victoria and David want to make sure he doesn't end up falling in with a bad crowd," said the insider. "They worry about outside influences and know how impressionable teenagers can be."
