Katherine Heigl embraces her changing body as she is pregnant with her first child. The former "Grey's Anatomy" actress shows off her bare baby bump on Instagram. Wearing a white top and stretchy black pants, she is seen lifting up her top to reveal her growing belly.
She also wrote a blog about "some tips and tricks for feeling more comfortable inside and out while growing a life." "Like most ladies, I have heard, read and been told that caffeine is a big no no during pregnancy ...So when I told my OB/GYN that I was suffering from sinus issues and headaches I was incredibly surprised by her advice. She told me to have a cup or two of coffee a day. Apparently caffeine reduces inflammation," she shared.
Heigl is 19 weeks along. In 2009, she and husband Josh Kelley adopted a daughter, Naleigh, from South Korea, the birthplace of her adoptive sister Meg. The couple adopted a second daughter, Adalaide, from the U.S. in 2012.
