The first trailer for Warner Bros.' "Bastards" has arrived. It shows Owen Wilson and Ed Helms as Kyle and Peter respectively teaming up to find their father after their mother, who is portrayed by Glenn Close, reveals that she lies about their father dying from colon cancer and she's not sure who their biological father is.

"I probably should have told you long ago I made up all those stories about your father," she says. "I spent my whole life trying to honor his memory," Peter responds. "This means I stare at a**holes for a living, because of a fictional man's colon cancer." Kyle asks her brother, "Could you pivot into plastic surgery or something less butt related?"

One scene offers a look at one of the potential fathers, who is played by J.K. Simmons, yelling, "There are no way those two jacka**es are my kids! They look like a couple of d**kheads!" There are also glimpses of former NFL quarterback Terry Bradshaw and "Mission Impossible" star Ving Rhames who play the other potential biological fathers.

"Bastards" was directed by "The Hangover" films cinematographer Lawrence Sher. It follows two fraternal twin brothers who hit the road in order to find their father upon learning that their mother has been lying to them for years about their allegedly deceased father.

Justin Malen ("Baywatch", "Office Christmas Party") wrote the screenplay for the film which is coming to U.S. theaters on January 27, 2017. The R-rated comedy also stars Katie Aselton, Retta, Bill Irwin, Katt Williams and Ryan Cartwright.
