Drake Bell was released early from Los Angeles County Jail on Saturday, September 3 after serving less than 48 hours for his December DUI arrest. The former "Drake and Josh" star was supposed to spend 96 hours behind bars, but he was freed for good behavior.

Besides his jail sentence, Drake also agreed to four years of probation and to complete an alcohol education program. The former child star was charged with misdemeanor DUI in early January after he was booked for suspicion of driving under the influence in December 2015.

At the time, police pulled Drake over for driving erratically and speeding in Glendale, California. He was given a field sobriety test after police smelled booze in his car, but he failed it. He was taken to custody after refusing to take a Breathalyzer test.

It's not Drake's first DUI arrest. He also committed similar offence in San Diego back in 2009.
