Drake Bell has received his sentencing in DUI case. According to TMZ, the former child actor has to spend 96 hours in L.A. County Jail after striking a plea deal. He is also required to complete alcohol education program and serve four years of probation.

Bell was charged with DUI after his December arrest. The 30-year-old star failed a field sobriety test after police pulled him over in Glendale for speeding and driving erratically in his lane. He allegedly went 55 MPH in a 35 MPH zone. It's not his first DUI arrest. He also committed similar offence in San Diego back in 2009.
