Just a week after settling lawsuit with the landlord of his former Malibu pad, the 'Hookah' hitmaker gets slapped with another six-figure bill from the landlord of his L.A. home.

AceShowbiz - Another week means another legal issue for Tyga. The "Hookah" hitmaker is being sued by a landlord of his Los Angeles home just a week after he settled lawsuit with the landlord of his former Malibu pad.

F&S Investment Properties claims in its new lawsuit that Tyga damaged the home he had rented to run his side business, Egypt Last Kings Clothing. According to the property owner, Tyga and Co. quit paying rent and "abandoned the premises without notice" back in June 2015. When F&S reps visited the house, they found it "in gross disrepair, utility bills unpaid, and hazardous environmental waste that required a professional clean-up."

A judgment filed on August 18 ruled in favor of the plaintiff, ordering Kylie Jenner's boyfriend to pay $186,275.89 in damages.

While Tyga settled $480,000 suit with his former Malibu pad's owner last week, the "Rack City" rapper still owes "in excess of $270K" to jeweler Jason Arasheben, who recently hired a new legal team to collect the money the rapper has allegedly owed him since 2012.

Rumor has it, Kylie's mom Kris Jenner "is worried about Tyga's warrant and legal problems." An insider told Us Weekly, "It's because Kylie spends 24/7 with Tyga and she would be associated with that arrest, should he be arrested as a result of this warrant."
