Mama June Shannon revealed some scary details about Alana Thompson a.k.a. Honey Boo Boo's delivery while appearing on "Botched". In a clip released ahead of the Tuesday night, August 2 episode, the former "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" star shocked Dr. Terry J. Dubrow and Dr. Paul Nassif when she claimed that a doctor cut her youngest kid's head open "twice" during her C-section birth.

Mama June first said that she had C-sections births for her four children and that her previous doctor told her to do tummy tuck after each birth. "What has happened is with my last child, which is Honey Boo Boo, that doctor at that time told me that one, a tummy tuck was not done every time after each surgery like should have been done," she said.

Dubrow and Nassif looked surprised before the former explained why tummy tuck should never been done to someone who has just delivered a baby. "The uterus is very large and distended, and you could never get the muscles tightened over the uterus. So it's probably the worst time to ever consider a tummy tuck. It's never done," he said in front of the camera.

Later, Mama June said that Honey Boo Boo actually got injured after the doctor cut open her head during the C-section ten years ago. "When Alana was born ten years ago, there's so much scar tissue right here that the doctor, he didn't know how deep to go down and that's why he ended up cutting Alana's head open twice," she shared while pointing her finger at her forehead.

This time, Nassif expressed his shock. "In all my life, I've never heard of C-section where a scalpel goes too deep and actually slices into a baby's forehead or even touches a baby," the 54-year-old doctor-turned-reality TV star said. "What type of doctor did this?"
