Despite report that the couple has put their divorce on hold, a source says that the actor and his estranged wife's lawyers are privately working on details of their divorce.

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner are seemingly not ready to let go of each other. After 10 years of marriage, the pair announced their separation last year, but none of the two has filed for divorce. Now, Us Weekly reported that the couple had in fact put their divorce on hold.
"Jen mentioned that the divorce was going through very soon, and then a few weeks ago, things changed," a source close to the 44-year-old actress told the tabloid. "It does not seem to be moving in that direction."
Garner, who still lives together with Affleck and their kids in their $17.5 million Pacific Palisades mansion (though in different bedrooms), is said to "still be in love with Ben but doesn't allow her mind to go there. She just focuses on the kids."
The feeling is mutual because her estranged husband reportedly also has trouble letting her go. "If it was up to Ben, they would be together. He feels like he can't live without Jen," another insider added.
However, fans shouldn't be too excited and hope there will be a reconciliation. According to an Affleck source, the actor and his estranged wife are still planning to divorce and their lawyers are currently dealing with the divorce details in private. "They were never in a rush to file. This was always the plan," the source shared.
