Taylor Swift helped brighten up young cancer patients' day at Lady Cilento Children's Hospital. The "Blank Space" singer made a surprise visit to the children's hospital in Brisbane while she was down under with her new boyfriend Tom Hiddleston.

While her beau was shooting his new movie "Thor: Ragnarok", she took selfies with the kids, signed autograph and wrote a note for the nurses. "To all the nurses on 11B: Thank you for all you do," her message read. "You are amazing. Sending you my love and thanks."
