Taylor Swift Made How Much to Top Forbes' List of Highest-Earning Celebs in 2016?

The country-turned-pop diva, who last year 'only' made $80M to land at the list's No. 8, now sits at No. 1 with $170M from her massive tour and deals with Apple, Diet Coke and Keds.

AceShowbiz - %cTaylor Swift% has been named the highest-paid celebrity of 2016 by Forbes. The magazine has just released its annual Celebrity 100 list that features the 26-year-old at the top spot, thanks to the $170 million she earned from June 2015 to June 2016.

Most of her money came from her star-studded "1989" tour, which smashed %cThe Rolling Stones%' North American touring record as it grossed more than $200 million. She also earned her payday from her deals with Apple, Diet Coke and Keds.

Swift last year landed at the list's No. 8 with her previous best of $80 million. Now, she defeats a bunch of other famous faces including %cOne Direction% (No. 2 with $110 million), %cKevin Hart% (No. 6 with $87.5 million), %cHoward Stern% (No. 7 with $85 million) and %cAdele% (No. 9 with $80.5 million).

She also bests her ex %cCalvin Harris% who lands at No. 21 with $63 million and her nemesis %cKaty Perry% who sits at No. 63 with $41 million. Had Swift and Harris stayed together, they would have been this year's top-earning couple, surpassing %cBeyonce Knowles% and %cJay-Z%'s $107.5 million total.

Despite being the one topping the Forbes list, Swift isn't featured on the magazine's cover. Instead, the publication has %cKim Kardashian%'s face on the front page. The reality TV star also makes the list, bowing at No. 43 with $51 million. Around 40|percent| of that sum came from her mobile game, "Kim Kardashian Hollywood".
