Scott Disick is moving out of his Hidden Hills home. The 33-year-old restaurateur is selling the property for $8.8 million. The mansion is located near Kim Kardashian, Kris Jenner and Kylie Jenner's separate houses.
Kourtney Kardashian's baby daddy purchased his Hidden Hills bachelor pad in December for $5,960,000. The 8,110 square foot estate features 7 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. It has a double island chef's kitchen, a wine cellar, billiards room and "a large sparkling pool with dramatic water features spa, rolling lawns, patio area all overlooking the breathtaking views beyond."

Scott showed off his new place to Kris and Khloe Kardashian in a previous episode of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians". "Oh my God! This place is so beautiful! Nice dining room table. God, Scott before you know it you're gonna like get a dog and be all domestic on me," Kris joked while being taken on a home tour.
