James Franco seems to be having a new girl. The 38-year-old actor was spotted getting cozy with a mystery woman as he left Fiat Cafe in New York City on Monday, June 13.

The pair looked like more than friends as they got so close to each other. In some photos obtained by Daily Mail, "The Interview" actor was seen wrapping his arm around the woman's shoulders as they walked down the streets of the Big Apple. They seemed to be in good spirits as they were seen giggling while having a conversation. They also took some selfies together during the low-key outing.

The Oscar-nominated actor kept it casual by wearing a black T-shirt and skinny pants which he teamed with a "The Strokes" hat, sunnies and a pair of colorful New Balance trainers. Meanwhile, the pretty girl rocked a white retro T-shirt and high-waist blue jeans complete with a black leather belt and black loafer shoes. She sported half-up messy hairstyle while hiding her face behind Clubmaster sunglasses.

James was last romantically linked to model Erin Johnson when the two were spotted spending time together in Los Angeles back in August 2014. He didn't seem to have a romantic relationship with any woman recently, that's probably because he's busy as he has 17 projects on hand both in the big screen and on television.
