Justin Timberlake joined contestants of Eurovision Song Contest during the grand finale on Saturday, May 14. As promised, the singer delivered the first live rendition of his newest hit "Can't Stop the Feeling" at the annual competition that this year took place in Stockholm, Sweden.
Timberlake's appearance marked the first time in the long-running competition's history that a "non-contestant global superstar" performed at the show. Bringing along his band The Tennessee Kids, he energetically kicked off his two-song set with his 2002 hit "Rock Your Body" before launching into his latest single.
Co-written by Timberlake along with Swedish hitmakers Max Martin and Shellback, the feel-good tune will appear on the soundtrack of DreamWorks' upcoming animated flick "Trolls". The film, which will also feature the former NSYNC singer in the voice cast, is hitting U.S. theaters later this year.
In addition to the film, Timberlake is now busy with his new solo album that will be his first since 2013's "The 20/20 Experience" and "The 20/20 Experience - 2 of 2". No official release date has been set, but he's teased the record with some photos of him hitting the studio with Pharrell Williams and Timbaland among others.
