G-Eazy has debuted the official music video for his single "Drifting". He enlists Chris Brown and Tory Lanez, who join him on the track, to appear in the cinematic visuals he released online Tuesday, April 19.
Directed by Daniel CZ and produced by Riveting Entertainment, the clip was made to look like a Hollywood movie trailer. G-Eazy is mostly shown sitting on a chair in his hotel room and trying to call his girlfriend as some lingerie-clad ladies lie in his bed.
Meanwhile, his collaborators Breezy and Lanez are seen in another place inside the hotel, delivering their respective lines about how fame ruins their relationships with their girls.
"Drifting" serves as the fourth single off G-Eazy's latest album, "When It's Dark Out", which came out last December and peaked at No. 5 on Billboard 200. The LP also includes a collaborative hit with Bebe Rexha called "Me, Myself & I" that reached No. 7 on Billboard Hot 100, giving the rapper his first top 10 record and becoming his highest charting single to date.
