Addressing several rumors about the last episode of the CBS legal drama, Michelle King says, 'One of those [rumors] is true.'

AceShowbiz - Are you one of those excited to hear that Josh Charles might return for "The Good Wife" series finale? Well, you may keep your hope alive until the last episode airs. Series co-creator Michelle King has just addressed the rumor at the show's panel at the Tribeca Film Festival and while she didn't give a straight yes answer, she also didn't rule out the possibility.
"I've heard that rumor," she said at the panel attended by stars Julianna Margulies, Matt Czuchry and Cush Jumbo as well as co-creator Robert King. Addressing other rumors regarding the series' end, she added, "I heard that Peter is going to be starting another affair. I heard that Alicia and Eli kissed. I heard that Alicia and Jason ran off happily together. And I heard that Michelle Obama guest starred. And I will tell you that one of those is true."
Met on the red carpet before the panel, Robert told E! News, "I've heard those rumors! I think we have an answer tonight about how many rumors you've been hearing. We're going to answer some with yes and some with no, but it'll be a little bit of a game." He also said "there is a chance" of a spin-off, but it's still "very preliminary."
Meanwhile, Julianna claimed that the series finale would be "satisfying, uplifting and sad." She revealed her reaction when she first read the script Mr. and Mrs. King sent her with a bottle of wine, "So I opened the wine. And I poured a wee glass, not an Alicia-sized glass because you'd be drunk. And then I read it a fourth time and then I could digest it. I wrote them, I think, three lines: 'Nothing but brilliant.' "
Cush also gushed, "They're not going to let you down. They're not going to just sleep with you and walk away. They're going to cuddle you for a while. And then they're gonna leave."
"The Good Wife" airs Sundays at 9/8c on CBS. The series finale is scheduled to air on May 8.
