Although a representative for the 'Mean Girls' actress has denied the engagement rumors, her friends are now confirming the happy news.

Lindsay Lohan's friends confirm she's engaged to her Russian boyfriend Egor Tarabasov although her rep has denied it. Friends of the "Mean Girls" actress tell Page Six that Egor popped the question with a 5-carat oval emerald ring, which LiLo had seen at an auction on Friday, April 8.
"She was saying how much she loved it and he went back and secretly got it," says a friend. According to the insiders, Egor was planning to propose to LiLo when they were with her family in New York, but he ended up taking a proverbial knee that evening. "She didn't see it coming," the insider shares.
LiLo and Egor fueled engagement speculations when they attended Duran Duran's concert in New York City at the Barclay's Center on Tuesday, April 12. The "Freaky Friday" actress was seen sporting her supposed engagement band on her left ring finger as she was clapping to the music.
The ring was also on display when LiLo was invited to the stage by lead singer Simon Le Bon. "Thank you New York!" Lohan captioned an Instagram pic of her on stage. She was joined by parents Dina Lohan and Michael Lohan as well as her sister Ali Lohan.
