Universal Pictures has dropped a new trailer for "Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising". Labeled as a red-band one, it includes some sex scenes featuring Seth Rogen's Mac and his wife, played by Rose Byrne, and some dildos.

In the "Neighbors" sequel, Kelly is pregnant with her and Mac's second child and they are ready to make the final move into adulthood: the suburbs. But just as they thought they'd reclaimed the neighborhood and were safe to sell, they learn that the new occupants next door are a sorority even more out of control than Teddy (Zac Efron) and his brothers ever dreamed of being.

Chloe Moretz plays the leader of the new sorority. In an attempt to bring down the new Greeks next door, the Radners and best friends Jimmy (Ike Barinholtz) and Paula (Carla Gallo) bring in charismatic Teddy as their secret weapon. If he can infiltrate the sorority and charm his way through it, the thirtysomethings will shutter the Kappas' home. But if they think that their neighbors are going down without a fight, they have severely underestimated the power of youthful ingenuity and straight-up crazy.

There's also an international version of the trailer which content is pretty much the same with the domestic one. Selena Gomez, who was heavily featured in the previously released trailer which was much tamer, is not seen in the red-band ones.

Directed by Nicholas Stoller, the raunchy comedy pic is set to open in theaters across the nation on May 20.
