However, the photo turns out to be a fake sonogram because later that day, the "Hollaback Girl" singer stepped out in New York City and her belly looked totally flat.
The girlfriend of Blake Shelton confirmed that her shocking news was merely an April Fool's prank as she flaunted her toned abs in a revealing outfit after making an appearance on "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert". The 47-year-old singer put her stomach on display as she waved her hand while leaving the show's set.
Gwen rocked fishnet stockings under camouflage cargo pants and a pair of ankle boots. She also wore a black bra under a black long blazer which she left open to reveal her tummy. She looked beautiful as she sported her signature red lips while letting her hair fall naturally.
Previously, the mother of two uploaded on Instagram a sonogram, leading many to believe that she's expecting her fourth child. Some of them noticed that it was just an April Fool's prank.
