This is what Keanu Reeves' John Wick will deal with when he returns to the big screen next year. Lionsgate has released the official synopsis of the film, confirming recent report that the beloved assassin will head to Rome after ending his retirement.

According to the synopsis, "Keanu Reeves returns in the sequel to the 2014 hit as legendary hitman John Wick who is forced to back out of retirement by a former associate plotting to seize control of a shadowy international assassin' guild. Bound by a blood oath to help him, John travels to Rome where he squares off against some of the world's deadliest killers."

"John Wick: Chapter Two" is directed by Chad Stahelski, who co-directed the first movie with screenwriter Derek Kolstad. The film is opening in theaters across the U.S. on February 20, 2017 against "Fifty Shades Darker", "The Lego Batman Movie" and "The Mountain Between Us".

In addition to Reeves, the sequel will see Bridget Moynahan, John Leguizamo, Lance Reddick and Ian McShane reprising their respective roles from 2014's "John Wick". They're going to be joined by new cast members including Common, Ruby Rose, Peter Stormare and Laurence Fishburne.
