Despite being a friend of Selena Gomez's, Chloe Moretz never joined Taylor Swift on stage. In an interview with Complex magazine, the "Neighbors 2" actress reveals that she chose not to join Swift's famous squad.

Gracing the mag's April/May 2016 issue, Moretz said, "Yes," when asked if she got invited. The interviewer tried to prod her when she gave nothing more, but she only gave a measured reply, "She's a very talented person."

In her cover story, the 19-year-old star also talked about her upcoming role in "The Little Mermaid". She said, "We can't make this regressive tale in a modern world. We're going to flip it on its head. It's going to feel good for women and men in the sense that it's not just appropriating feminism, and it's not leaning on regressive stereotypes."
