The marriage, which was officiated in April last year, only lasted nine months with the actor citing irreconcilable differences.

AceShowbiz - Charlie Weber, known for his role on "How to Get Away with Murder", called it quits with his wife after only nine months of marriage. The 37-year-old actor filed for divorce from Giselle on February 23, citing irreconcilable differences.

Charlie and Giselle wed in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico on April 25, 2015. The nuptials were reportedly attended by his co-stars Matt McGorry and Katie Findlay. He proposed to her right after the "HTGAWM" pilot was shot. "I did it. We've been engaged for just under a year and I'm taking her to Bora Bora. I don't think I've ever said that publicly," he told Steve Harvey in February last year.

Apparently the marriage burned down but the split might not be messy. The estranged couple has no children together and they signed a prenuptial agreement on April 17, 2015. Charlie has a 10-year-old daughter from a previous relationship.

The actor had been keeping Giselle's identity a secret up until they tied the knot. He was also secretive of his only daughter. "I'm trying to keep her my baby for as long as I possibly can. She's still my little angel," Weber told Harvey. "We'll see how long that lasts, but right now all is well."
