AceShowbiz - Chrissy Teigen and husband John Legend, who are expecting a baby girl, looked radiant while attending the 2016 Grammy Awards on Monday, February 15. During a red carpet interview, the pair opened up that they got a lot of maternity advice from Kim Kardashian and parenting tips from President Barack Obama.
"Kim gave me advice from even before we started," Teigen told E! News. She added that the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star also gave her advice on maternity fashion and offered up some solutions for fertility problems. "She's been here the entire time, the entire process!" Teigen said.
While the couple was congratulated on their upcoming addition, they joked that their future might not be like what people expected. "We don't know her personality yet. It might not be a 'congrats,' " Teigen said. Legend immediately added, "Maybe it's a punishment."
When asked about their preparation for the baby's arrival, the couple admitted that they had no special plan. "It's weird because we don't really know what to expect, so we're kind of just like, I don't know, we'll see!" Legend said. Chrissy added, "We're going to let it happen! She's going to fall right out and then we're done! Sounds easy enough, right?!"
On parenting tips from Obama, the "Ordinary People" singer said, "He just said, 'Be prepared to be wrapped around their little finger as their dad.' "
The "Lip Sync Battle" commentator wore a white floor-length dress with a sheer cape which accentuated her growing bump. She teamed the ensemble with some accessories as she carried a matching clutch. Meanwhile, the "All of Me" hitmaker looked dapper in a black patterned suit atop a black shirt with a bow tie.
