AceShowbiz - Scott Disick is off the wagon again. The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star was spotted partying while holding a bottle of alcohol at the Up&Down in New York City on Tuesday, February 9. This could have an impact on child custody.
Sources at the nightclub tell TMZ that Scott was throwing back beers. Kourtney Kardashian's baby daddy reportedly partied at Fetty Wap's table after the singer's performance. He allegedly went drinking the entire night.
On Thursday, February 11, Scott was spotted hitting the clubs again with "a flock of hot models."
According to the site, Kourtney agreed to let Scott back into her life as a co-parent, with the promise he stay clean and sober. However given the latest turn of events, it's unlikely the "Kourtney & Khloe Take the Hamptons" star would feel comfortable giving her ex unsupervised physical custody of their three children.
