Ciara is embroiled in a legal feud with her baby daddy, Future. The 30-year-old R&B singer who has a 2-year-old son with the rapper files a defamation suit against him after he accused her of being a bad mother and posted a series of nasty tweets about her.

Future criticized Ciara's parenting skills after her boyfriend, Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson, was pictured pushing baby Future in a stroller. "Of course I wouldn't want somebody [else] pushing my son," he said last year in an interview with Power 105.1's The Breakfast Club.

"That's the number one rule. If I was a kid, and my mama had a dude pushing me, I would've jumped out the stroller and slapped the shit out of him. You never do that in our community. You don't ever bring a man around your son. How you know this dude for a few months and you bring him around your kid? Who does that? Nobody does that."

The rapper also said, "I'm not for the publicity stunts. Leave my son out of all the publicity stunts. Leave him out of your relationship ... I can take care of him on my own. Without any help."

Future then ranted on Twitter. "This b*tch got control problems," he tweeted in January. "I gotta go through lawyers to see babyfuture...the f*ckery for 15k a month... I been silent for a year & a half..I ran outta patience."

In response, Ciara is calling out her ex for slander and libel in her legal papers. She demands his nasty tweets be deleted and wants him blocked from talking publicly about private family matters regarding their baby boy. According to TMZ, she also he only made nasty comments to draw attention and promote his music.
