Nick Jonas opens up about his relationship with Kate Hudson. In an interview with Complex magazine, the former Jonas Brothers member says he has a "beautiful connection" with the 36-year-old actress.

"We had an unbelievable connection as two humans who just admire things about each other, and see something in each other that's beautiful," Jonas shares. When asked whether he's having sex with Hudson, Jonas refuses to answer because he wants to respect the actress' privacy. "Out of my best effort to respect her and her privacy, I'm not going to say if we had sex or not. But we did have a beautiful connection," he answers. "Even now I have so much admiration and respect. She's amazing."

Despite the "beautiful connection" and numerous outings with Hudson, Jonas insists that he's still single. "My current situation is that I'm very much single, but I'm trying to be as open to people who can inspire me in some way," Jonas, who split from Olivia Culpo back in June 2015, stresses.

He admits that he's currently looking for a girlfriend and he has sent some Instagram DMs to some ladies. "Slide right in there sometimes," he says. "And then you'll text the person and finally meet the person. It's like online dating. Even that freaks me the f**k out. I'm like, should it be a group? Just the person?"

Kate and Nick first sparked romance rumors back in September 2015, when they were photographed having a trip together to Disney World in Orlando. However, none of them has confirmed the romance rumor.
