Rihanna has sure been taking a long time to finish her album, "Anti". Very long that Kanye West who was initially tapped to serve as the executive producer finally gave up on it to shift his focus on his own project.

RiRi herself revealed the rapper's departure while she recently took a break from her busy schedule to have a Twitter exchange with a fan. "I appreciate you so much! And I admire your ambition! Don't let anything hold you back!!! Thank you for the support," she wrote before adding, "And FYI Kanye is not EPing Anti!!! We're both working on our own projects right now!"

Kanye is not executive producing on #Rihanna's album ANTi anymore.

There's still no official word on when the long-awaited "Anti" album will finally arrive, though fans are hoping it would be released before RiRi launches her "Anti" world tour in San Diego, California in late February.

A lot of details regarding the follow-up to 2012's "Unapologetic" are still kept under tight wraps too. However, it's recently revealed that the forthcoming LP would feature a collaboration with Drake called "Work".
