Justin Bieber just broke his own vow. The "Sorry" singer was caught lighting up a cigarette outside the Montage hotel in Beverly Hills on Saturday, January 9 afternoon.
It was just last week that Bieber told "The Bert Show" that one of his New Year's resolutions was to ditch the tobacco. "I'm going to quit smoking, I'm gonna do it. It's not healthy," he told the radio show host. The 21-year-old singer also realized that smoking put him in the bad light. "That's why ...I just don't want to be someone who people are like, 'He's smoking, he's a bad person,' " he said.
Bieber was living in the hotel where he was caught smoking again. According to TMZ, an employee of the hotel told Bieber not to smoke near the entrance and the singer moved.
Bieber is no stranger to puffing away in public. Last year, he was seen with a cigar in his hand while performing onstage in New Zealand. He was also captured by paparazzi lighting up at Kendall Jenner's birthday party in November last year.
