The actress who portrays Sharon Carter also hints that her character will have 'a small fight sequence' with Black Widow in the upcoming movie.

AceShowbiz - Emily VanCamp recently shared details about her character Sharon Carter in "Captain America: Civil War". The actress hinted that the character would have a romantic relationship with Chris Evans' Steve Rogers.

She explained the reason why Carter or Agent 13 decided to be in the Cap's side. "She's definitely Team Captain America. That's who she is within the universe, I mean, she's always had his back," VanCamp told Entertainment Tonight. "I sort of wondered, before I read the script, how that was going to pan out. But you really do understand and sort of see both sides of it. I think it was really well done."

She then talked about a budding romance with Captain America. "We get to explore... I can't say we are going to that extent of it, but they are certainly getting to know each other. And they know who each other are," she said.

However, when asked about whether fans would be happy with the relationship of the two characters, VanCamp said, "That's where it all gets really tricky." It is because "there are die-hard fans that want to see him with different people. There's all the different camps, so hopefully people are happy with it."

In the interview, the 29-year-old actress also revealed that she would have one action scene with Scarlett Johansson's Black Widow. "I got to do a small fight sequence with Scarlett [Johansson] which was fun," she explained. "We're all just kind of kicking ass in those movies."

In "Civil War", the Cap and Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.) will be against each other because they have a different opinion about an issue of superhuman registration. The film also stars Anthony Mackie as Falcon, Jeremy Renner as Hawkeye, Elizabeth Olsen as Scarlett Witch and Don Cheadle as War Machine. Directed by Anthony and Joe Russo, the superhero team-up movie is slated for a U.S. release on May 6, 2016.
