Movie

Columbia Pictures has released a video card which features some new baby birds attempting to sing 'Deck the Halls' for fans.

Be ready to see some cute birds as "Angry Birds" has released a Holiday video card. In the video, the Hatchlings, a group of baby birds, want to wish everyone happy holiday as they attempt to sing "Deck the Halls".

The wide-eyed baby birds do their best to serenade us the song although it eventually goes off the rails because they are so easily distracted. The new baby characters will probably play a big role in the film as the official video description suggests that they "will probably become your newest obsession."

These five cuties are all voiced by children. "The young children were brought in and we asked them to sing 'Deck the Halls'," producer John Cohen ("Despicable Me") told PEOPLE. "The good news for us was none of them knew the words."

The upcoming movie takes us to an island populated entirely by happy, flightless birds. Those birds are led by Red (Jason Sudeikis), Chuck (Josh Gad) and Bomb (Danny McBride). They team up to fight back when their nests are infiltrated by the pigs and their porcine spokesman, Leonard (Bill Hader). "Angry Birds" is directed by Clay Kaytis and Fergal Reilly with the script written by Jon Vitti ("The Simpsons"). The animated comedy is slated for a U.S. release on May 20, 2016.
