A new look at Ben Affleck's Batman and Henry Cavill's Superman in the upcoming "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" has been released. The picture, which is a cover for a companion novel by Scholastic, shows the two title heroes in action.
The Caped Crusader is seen leaping into action over the skies of what appears to be Gotham city. Meanwhile, the Man of Steel looks badass with his signature pose in the image with foggy background. The picture is said to be the sneak peek on how the two superheroes look like when they appear in "Dawn of Justice".
The aforementioned novel tells an original story about the heroes from the movie. It also includes full-color contents with images from the upcoming film. It hits stores in February, but you can pre-order it now.
"Dawn of Justice" also stars Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, Amy Adams as Lois Lane and Ray Fisher as Cyborg. It also introduces Gal Gadot's Wonder Woman and Jason Momoa's Aquaman.
Zack Snyder serves behind the lens with the script he wrote alongside Chris Terrio and David S. Goyer. Produced by Charles Roven and Deborah Snyder, the upcoming superhero movie is due to arrive stateside on March 25, 2016.
Fans will get an exclusive preview of the upcoming superhero movies during "Gotham" midseason finale that will air on Monday, November 30.
