Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton remain coy about their romance though their reps confirmed it earlier this month. In an interview with Entertainment Tonight prior to the live-taping of "The Voice" on Monday, November 23, Gwen candidly said she loved the country singer.
During the interview, Gwen and Adam Levine were asked what they were thankful for about their fellow coaches. "I'm just so grateful that I got to know Adam," Gwen said. "It's weird because he's such a good person, he's literally so smart and he's so witty and talented and I've just learned so much."
When the Maroon 5 singer talked about Blake, he joked, "F**k Blake. I've known Blake for too long. Blake's just my buddy. I'm just kidding. I love you, Blake! Kinda. Ish." Surprisingly, the "Hollaback Girl" hitmaker leaned into the mic and said, "I love you too, Blake. Ish."
Prior to the interview, Adam told the interviewer that he was there to protect Gwen from personal questions. Nevertheless, it appeared that Gwen herself who ignited the rumors by saying the L-word. Adam then got hilariously freaked out. He told the blonde beauty, "You screwed yourself on that one! I protect you and you do something like that?!"
On the previous day, Gwen made an emotional performance at the 2015 American Music Awards. Though Blake was absent from the awards show, he showed his support to his girlfriend via Twitter. In reply to a fan who said that Gwen's performance was the best part of the show, the "Sangria" singer simply said, "Agreed.."
