KimYe gets rid of their lavish house in Bel Air which underwent massive renovation after their 2013 purchase.

AceShowbiz - Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are selling their lavish house in Bel Air. The property located in a private gated community where Jennifer Aniston and many other celebrities live was bought by the couple in 2013 just before it was revealed that they were expecting their first child together.
According to TMZ, Kim and Kanye purchased the mansion for $9 million two years ago and spent $2 million to renovate it. While the house was being renovated, they moved in with Kris Jenner. Now Kim and her rapper husband are soon expected to put the house in the market for at least $20 million.
The couple currently lives in a Hidden Hills mansion just 5 minutes away from her momager's house and seemingly never lived in Bel Air. "When we bought our Bel Air house, we didn't have a baby, we weren't even pregnant," she once explained. She is now expecting her second child, a baby boy, with Kanye.
