The 'Modern Family' actress and her soon-to-be-husband Joe have started their wedding weekend celebration by holding a cocktail party on a private beach for their family members.

Sofia Vergara and Joe Manganiello's wedding is approaching. According to E! News, the celebration began with a cocktail party on a private beach at The Breakers Palm Beach, Florida on Thursday afternoon, November 19.
The news outlet reported that the guests were mostly their family members. Meanwhile, the couple's famous friends are reportedly going to arrive prior to their nuptials on Friday. More than 100 hotel rooms have been booked for the wedding party and 50 private homes on Palm Beach have been rented for the celebration.
According to the outlet, the guests will be required to surrender their mobile phones at the door before entering the party. Hence, there will be no selfie allowed during the wedding. However, the guests will be served with many live musical acts which are scheduled to perform during the celebration.
While the couple remained silent about the theme of their wedding, the "Modern Family" actress previously revealed that they would invite only 400 guests. As they will use Colombian tradition in the nuptials, there will be no bridesmaids but flower girls and a ring boy. An insider also revealed that her wedding dress would be designed by Lebanese fashion designer Zuhair Murad, who previously designed Sofia's dress for Oscar and Golden Globe parties.
