The daughter of Sarah Palin is gearing up to face her baby daddy who is seeking a joint custody of their child.

AceShowbiz - Bristol Palin and her baby daddy Levi Johnston are still fighting over the custody of their six-year-old son, Tripp. "No we do not yet have a final legal custody agreement with Bristol Palin," Levi confirmed in a joint statement with wife Sunny. "Yes it looks like we are headed back to court yet again, hopefully for the last time."

"We are only requesting joint custody and a reasonable child support agreement," they continued as quoted by Radar Online. "We think this is fair, and believe it is in Tripp's best interests to have equal time with both parents, as well as with siblings on both sides of the family."

In response to rumor that Levi owes Bristol more than $50,000 in child support, the couple clarifies, "Reports of the amount owed for child support are grossly over inflated, but yes we are still paying on what we owe every single month."

"It is our hope that all of this will be resolved shortly," they added, "as we have spent quite a lot of time, and quite a lot of money, with still no end in sight."

Besides sharing a son with ex-fiancee Bristol, Levi Johnston has two daughters with his wife. They are Breeze, 3 years old, and Indy Rae, nine months old. As for Bristol, she is expecting her second child. The father of the baby is not revealed.
