Willa Holland looks badass in the new superhero costume as Speedy joins the Arrow's crew in action.

Before "Arrow" returns this week, The CW has unveiled Thea Queen's new look in the upcoming season 4. In a newly released promo picture, Willa Holland dons her Speedy suit while wielding a bow. She covers her face with a mask and her red hoodie.
Thea a.k.a. Speedy will join Oliver Queen a.k.a. the Arrow (Stephen Amell), Laurel (Katie Cassidy) and Diggle (David Ramsey) to protect Star City from new villains. In some pictures from the fourth season premiere, she is seen in action with Team Arrow.
The new season of the action drama series launches Wednesday, October 7 at 8 P.M. on The CW. In the first episode titled "Green Arrow", Oliver and Felicity's (Emily Bett Rickards) blissful getaway is cut short when Thea and Laurel pay them a visit and tell Oliver they need his help back in Star City. The city has been attacked by "Ghosts", assassins led by a dangerous man named Damien Darhk (guest star Neal McDonough). However, when Oliver returns, Diggle makes it very clear that he doesn't want Oliver on the team.
The show has previously debuted Oliver's new green costume and Diggle's suit. Diggle will "take on a leadership role on Team Arrow in Oliver's absence."
