The former 'Mad Men' actor is set to voice a charismatic head ad executive named Don Grouper, a clear nod to his famous role on the AMC drama series.

AceShowbiz - Although "Mad Men" has ended, Jon Hamm is not done playing Don Draper. Following his big win as Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series at the Primetime Emmy Awards, the actor is tapped to lend his voice to a character named Don Grouper in an episode of "SpongeBob SquarePants".

Hamm is planned to visit Bikini Bottom sometime next year. His animated character has similar traits to his famous role on the AMC drama series. In the SpongeBob universe, Don Grouper is described as "a charismatic head ad executive" with a "sharp mind and devastating charm."

Grouper works for ad agency Grouper, Goby & Koi. "When Don's in the room, everyone laps up his words like overpriced organic honey," Nickelodeon says. SpongeBob and Mr. Krabs will seek business advice from Grouper in Krabs' endeavor to launch a line of frozen Krabby Patties.
