AMC's "The Walking Dead" may have found its Paul Monroe a.k.a. Jesus. ET Online has obtained new photos from the set which show a man dressing like the comic book character. He sports long locks and dons a dark beanie as well as a vest, similar to the character's look in the graphic novels.

The mystery man is seen surrounded by series regulars Norman Reedus (Daryl), Steven Yeun (Glenn) and Michael Cudlitz (Abraham) as well as some crew members on the filming location.

Showrunner Scott M. Gimple previously said there's a possibility that Jesus would be introduced in the forthcoming season. "When it comes to characters like The Governor, Michonne, Abraham, and others like Jesus and Negan who are fan-favorite characters in the comics, it's always a challenge to get it right because it's those characters-much like Rick Grimes in the beginning-that fans already have a sense of and expectations for," he explained.

"So we're always careful, and I feel like we've done a really good job servicing those fan expectations. Hopefully that trend will continue...if the characters you mention are to appear soon."

"The Walking Dead" returns for a sixth season Sunday, October 11 at 9 P.M. on AMC with a supersized, 90-minute episode. New promo pictures recently landed online, hinting at the characters' killer instinct.
