Madison and Travis are finally reunited on "Fear the Walking Dead", but the situation is far from under control. As suggested by sneak peeks for the next episode, the presence of the military on their neighborhood only creates tension among them.
In a preview video, Travis tries to protect his family from the National Guard, but Nick is seen being hit by one of the soldiers. Meanwhile, Madison hides under the car when she sees a military vehicle is passing through the street.
"Not Fade Away" airs Sunday, September 20 at 9 P.M. on AMC. According to the official synopsis, Madison and Travis see different sides of the National Guard's occupation in their neighborhood.
Showrunner Dave Erickson explains to The Hollywood Reporter the meaning behind the markers made by the National Guard on the houses. "It's protocol. For the Cruz home across the street, as an example, they're marking the occupants they've found -- the living and the dead," he says.
