The video also showed the 30-year-old basketball athlete tossing a bottle into the man's direction. Nick could be heard telling an interfering guy to shut up. It's unclear what triggered the fight but it went severe.

A spokesperson for the LAPD told Us Weekly that they were unaware that Nick was involved in the altercation. However, the spokesperson confirmed to the website that the officers "responded to a disturbance."

As the angry group was large, Los Angeles Police Department who came to the scene asked for a backup including an LAPD helicopter. The spokesperson said, "Additional officers were requested and helicopters showed up as well." The police asked the group to leave and everyone was cooperative. "Nobody was arrested, nobody was detained," the spokesperson added.
