Jennifer Garner has finally ditched her wedding ring like her estranged husband, Ben Affleck. After the new Batman was spotted earlier this week with his finger bare, now the actress was pictured without her gold band while out and about near home in Brentwood, California.

The actress was just back home from Atlanta after shooting her new film "Miracles from Heaven". She and Affleck, both 43, decided to call it quits after 10 years of marriage. They have three kids, Violet, 9, Seraphina, 6, and Samuel, 3.

The couple continues to live together for the sake of their children, but PEOPLE reports Garner is "rethinking living situation" with Affleck. "She can't stand the situation Ben has put her and the kids in," a source said, referring to the drama including his hookup rumor with their ex-nanny.
