Zendaya Coleman took to Twitter to slam Twitter trolls who called her parents ugly. Earlier this week, a Twitter user shared a picture of the "Zapped" actress along with her parents, Claire Stoermer and Kazembe Ajamu, along with caption, "They made a gorgeous a** child lol."

Other users later joined the first user to mock Zendaya's parents. One of them wrote, "Her parents really ugly I really would cry." Another user chimed in, "You know what they say two wrongs make a right." A third user added, "Ugly + Ugly = ?"

Zendaya then posted another photo of her with her mom and dad along with a message which read, "While you're so concerned about what my parents look like, please know that these are two of the most selfless people in the world. They have chosen to spend their entire life, not worried about trivial things such as looks and insulting people's parents on Twitter, but instead became educators who have dedicated their lives to teaching, cultivating and filling young shallow mind."

"So please, log out, go to school, hug a teacher and read a textbook…and while you're at it, go look in the mirror and know that you too are beautiful, because such hateful things only stem from internal struggles. Bless you. –Me and my BEAUTIFUL family." the message continued.
