Arterton's marriage to estranged husband Stefano Catelli has officially been dissolved during a court hearing on Friday, August 21.

Gemma Arterton is officially divorced. The actress had her two-year marriage to Stefano Catelli being officially dissolved by a judge during a hearing at the Central Family Court in High Holborn in London on Friday, August 21. Neither party attended the brief hearing.
The 29-year-old actress was granted a decree nisi during the proceedings. The order in the undefended petition for divorce was granted on the grounds of two years separation "by consent."
James Bond actress Arterton and Catelli got married back in 2010. The couple separated in November 2012 and, according to court papers, they had not lived together since then. The movie beauty said in a divorce document that it was on the date the couple separated that she came to the decision the marriage was at an end.
Based on the evidence, as stated in the paperwork, a judge then found that Arterton was "entitled to a decree of divorce, the marriage having irretrievably broken down, the facts being proved being two years' separation by consent." Comment hasn't been made by either Arterton or Catelli.
