Iggy Azalea is not a heroin addict despite a report which was first published by MediaTakeOut. The Australia-born rapper, who just landed Monday, August 17 in her hometown with her fiance Nick Young, said she laughed after learning of the rumors.

"Just landed in australia and iam dying with laughter because nicks just showed me an article that says im a heroin addict. WHAT?! LOL," Iggy wrote on Twitter. The website previously claimed Iggy was a heroin addict because it looked at the so-called track marks on Iggy's hand in recent pictures of her.

The 25-year-old rapper showed her sense of humor while responding to the track marks rumors. She joked, "could be injecting heroin into my hands.... OR could just be scratches from @AleHerself's evil cat that attacked me the other week."

Some fans took Iggy's clarification into jokes. User @LuisUnleashed wrote, "@IGGYAZALEA it's ok iggy! You don't have to deny it. I've already confirmed I'm your dealer." User @yvonneazal made it more hilarious, saying, "@LuisUnleashed @IGGYAZALEA she's in Australia because her cartel is going international." The latter tweet was then re-tweeted by the rapper.

After setting the record straight on the heroin addict rumors, Iggy gave her fans a peek of her trip in Australia. She posted an adorable picture of herself with fiance Nick who appeared to be yawning. She captioned it, "Nicks having trouble adjusting, but im ready to go out. #HiAustralia."
